Notice Regarding the Impact of Typhoon Haishen

Due to the approach of Typhoon Haishen in the Kyushu region, Tokyo Electron’s plant in Kumamoto, Japan was temporarily closed on September 7th (Monday). We have been able to confirm that none of the employees at Tokyo Electron’s plant in Kumamoto was injured, and that its buildings and facilities sustained no damage. We will resume the operation normally from September 8th (Tuesday).
